I already have a website. Can this be added to it?
Yes. The chat receptionist and missed-call text-back are installed on the website you already have. A new website is a separate option, only if you want one.
What happens when the AI doesn't know an answer?
It doesn't guess. It takes the visitor's name and phone number, and notifies you right away so you can follow up yourself.
How long until it's live?
Days. You answer a short intake about your business, we build and train the receptionist, then we test it together with you before it goes live on your site.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Monthly plans are month-to-month and you can stop at any time. If you'd rather pay annually, the setup fee is waived.
Who owns my website and my customer data?
You do. Your domain, your website's content, and your customer conversations all belong to your business.
