AI Frontly is operated by Alex Ye ("we", "us"). This page explains, in plain language, what information we handle when you visit this website or contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Messages you send us. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. The form on this site simply opens your own email app with the message pre-filled — nothing is stored on our servers by the form itself.
• Information clients give us for a setup. If you become a client, we work with the business information you provide (services, prices, hours, FAQs) to build and run your receptionist.
• Demo conversations. The demo chat on this site and on demo.aifrontly.com runs entirely in your browser. The conversation is not sent to or stored on our servers.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss working together.
• To set up, operate, and improve a client's services.
• We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies, and we run no third-party analytics on it. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical request data (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site.

Client customer data

When we run a receptionist for a client, the conversations it handles belong to that client's business. We process that data only to provide the service, as documented in the client's agreement.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep inquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, to provide the service. You can email us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted.
